KARVER NEW PRODUCTS
At Karver, we release new products at a pretty fast pace — it’s not always easy to keep track!
Here’s your chance to catch up and stay in the loop… Follow our story, year after year.
2026
The KJS family is growing with the arrival of the KJS6 and KJS20 (early 2026).
The KJS range is part of our 100% cruising line — a series designed specifically for boatyards, price-optimized, eco-designed, and entirely user-focused (reliability, durability, reduced effort, etc.).
The KJS is a powerful line clutch equipped with two long moving jaws, and can even be operated remotely.
KJS6 – Working load: 600 kg – Lines 5 to 10 mm
KJS12 – Working load: 1,200 kg – Lines 6 to 12 mm
KJS20 – Working load: 2,200 kg – Lines 10 to 18 mm (available early 2026)

At the request of several boatyards, we’ve developed a new version of our mainsail gaff lock.
This system has a single purpose — to make life easier for cruising sailors, by allowing the automatic stowing of the mainsail top batten into the lazy bag, without the need for awkward (and sometimes risky) manoeuvers.
The new KGL features significantly reduced friction compared to the first version.
It can be used with a single or double halyard, requires no special masthead fitting, and comes with a locking pin to secure the lock during long passages.
In the coming months, the KGL will also be available in versions compatible with other brands’ mast cars — although, of course, it works best with Karver cars… but we’re not going to be too chauvinist about it!
KGL40 (for 35–45 ft yachts) – Available January 2026
KGL60 & KGL80 (for 45–80 ft yachts) – Available Spring 2026

Double main sail lock
Our KGL V2 mainsail head hook (shown above) operates on a halyard tension principle.
To meet the needs of larger yachts ranging from 60 to 200 feet, we have therefore combined our mainsail hook with our head hook.
Available in both automatic (Auto Lock) and manual versions, within our KMS60, KMS80, and KMS100 ranges.
The head plates can be custom-designed for any special project.
Both the car bodies and the hook interfaces are made of titanium, ensuring exceptional strength and resistance to high loads.

The world is changing.
After 15 years of loyal service, we’re saying goodbye to our classic cam cleat — and welcoming its successor: a more sustainable, more affordable, and impressively modern-looking version made from traditional materials (applause).
The KJ3 naturally retains its key technical advantages: optimized jaws that protect the line cover and make both setting and releasing easier, along with the four stainless-steel ball bearings that built its reputation.

Family matters!
We couldn’t just leave our 100% cruising block range with only two models.
The family is growing with the arrival of the KBS15 — a simple yet modern design that shares the same versatility as its little sisters, the KBS5 and KBS10.
You really have to hold it in your hands to understand why this block is set to become a favorite among boatyards looking to reduce friction, and even among racers, who will appreciate its wide sheave and textile attachment design.
KBS15 – Working load: 1,300 kg – Wide stainless-steel ball bearing sheave – Max rope: 14 mm
The KBS15 will soon be available in several versions: shackle head (mast base), pin for traditional shackle, and flat-deck cam version.
Stay tuned…

And here they are… the new Karver KTC40 mainsheet and genoa tracks!
Following in the footsteps of our KJS jammers and KBS blocks, the KTC range is made from mirror-polished cast stainless steel. Pretty sleek, right?
The properties of stainless steel have allowed us to reduce the size of each component, meaning the difference in weight between aluminum and stainless steel systems is now minimal.
In our pursuit of ease of use, we’ve equipped all cars with stainless steel ball bearings — and the result? They glide beautifully.
Stay tuned — more versions of this 100% cruising range will be revealed in the coming months.
Did you know? Karver designed the mainsheet traveler system for INEOS during the 2021 America’s Cup, using technology that’s not so different from what you’ll find in the KTC40.

Our KDSTi sheaves are true jewels of performance.
They feature the high-load, low-friction bearings from our famous KBRC carbon blocks, combining titanium rollers with ceramic bearings.
Both the sheave and flanges are made of titanium, ensuring a lifespan far superior to their aluminum counterparts (KDS).
In fact, the KDSTi sheaves use the exact same technology as our KBRC blocks.
The KDSTi-G sheaves, now available on our website, are custom-made units originally manufactured for clients based on their own specifications.
If you don’t find exactly what you’re looking for among the models presented, simply send us your requirements — we’ll bring them to life quickly.

STRUCTURAL FURLER WITH ADJUSTABLE TACK
We haven’t forgotten offshore racing, which continues to benefit from constant developments to stay closely aligned with the needs of professional teams.
Although it concerns only a handful of top sailors, we’re proud to introduce our new KFX16.0 structural furler with adjustable tack, featuring a newly designed swivel with a highly optimized lashing eye for maximum freedom of movement.
On an offshore racing yacht, every detail is designed to minimize sail stretch and maintain optimal shape stability, essential for performance.
Because both sails and stays are extremely stiff, a simple tack adjustment of just a few centimeters can make a measurable difference in speed and balance.
When you realize that only a few minutes separated the top two skippers in the last Vendée Globe, it’s easy to understand why race teams are turning their attention to this adjustable tack structural furler
In both racing and cruising, the devil is in the details.
Since the end of The Ocean Race 2023, we’ve been refining the design of our lashing eyes, making them much rounder to provide greater freedom of movement.
This improvement has already been implemented on our racing products and will be progressively introduced across our cruising range in the coming months.
Over the past 20 years, the KFH swivel hook — used on 70% of the IMOCA fleet — has evolved five times, from the original finned design (Karver patent) to this fifth, ultra-optimized version.

2025
The KJS12 is Karver’s first clutch designed for medium loads (600 kg to 2,000 kg working load).
It has been developed for installation on all types of cruising yachts and stands as a serious contender against any other jammer on the market.
The KJS12 also complements our high-load jammer range (KJC).
The KJS12 received the prestigious DAME Award 2024 for innovation in the deck equipment category — clear proof that this jammer is far from ordinary.

The KBS blocks are our first range designed for the wider cruising market.
Just like our KRS furlers and KJS clutches, the KBS blocks were developed with a clear set of priorities:
Products designed to handle the loads of the most common cruising yachts
Controlled and competitive pricing compared to other brands
The promise of delivering more and better, while staying true to our Karver DNA
Eco-designed to reduce environmental impact
The choice of cast stainless steel may seem surprising, but it’s actually the most logical material and process when you apply true eco-design principles.

All our winches are now available in stainless steel versions.
And if you haven’t discovered our winches yet… it’s definitely time to take a closer look!
A quick reminder:
KSW range (SPEED):
A 4-speed automatic winch (no buttons, no electricity, no electronics) — with the first two speeds exceptionally fast, up to 6 times faster than a standard winch of the same size.
The last two speeds are exactly the same as your usual winch.KPW range (POWER):
A 4-speed winch where the first two speeds match your current winch, while the last two are so powerful that you pull with three times less effort.
A true revolution and a real alternative to electric winches — with a genuine “Wow effect” that makes sailing easier for everyone.KCW range (COMPACT):
A more traditional 2-speed winch, but full of surprises:
The first speed is twice as fast as a size 46, and the second speed offers a 1:45 ratio, even though the winch itself is only the size of a 30.
