At Karver, we release new products at a fairly rapid pace. It’s not always easy to keep up.
You’re finally going to be up to date… Just follow the guide. Year after year.
2026
Welcome to the latest model in our range of anti-twist swivels : The KAT1.5 completes the range (working load: 1.5 – 3.0 – 4.5 T).
It is only 9 cm tall and weighs 170 gr. Like the other models, it is equipped with a low-friction bearing and shock protection.
It will fit perfectly on sailboats between 15 and 35 feet.
Our anti-twist swivels help reduce or eliminate problems with halyards that twist around themselves to the point of blocking the sails at the top of the mast.
The KJS family is expanding with the arrival of the KJS6 (available now) and the KJS20 ( available in September 2026).
The KJS line is part of our 100% cruising lineup. It’s a line designed for shipyards and all recreational boaters—price-optimized, eco-designed, and firmly focused on user needs (reliability, durability, less effort, etc.). The KJS12, the first model in the line, won a Dame Award in 2024.
This is a powerful locking device equipped with two long, movable jaws. It can be controlled remotely.
KJS6 – Working load: 600 kg – Ropes from 5 to 10 mm
KJS12 – Working load: 1,200 kg – Ropes from 6 to 12 mm
KJS20 – Working load: 2,200 kg – Ropes from 10 to 18 mm (available April 2026)

At the request of several shipyards, we have been working on a new version of our gaff lock.
This device has only one purpose: to make life easier for recreational sailors by offering a system for automatically stowing the horn batten in the lazy bag without having to perform potentially dangerous acrobatic maneuvers.
The new KGL offers much less friction than its first version, it can be used with a single or 2-to-1 halyard, requires no special masthead installation, comes with a pin to lock the batten during long crossings, and will be available in various versions in the coming months to ensure compatibility with competing carriages. It’ll still work best with Karver carriages, but we’re not going to start being elitist!
KGL40 (35 to 45 feet) – Available in April 2026
KGL60; KGL80 (45 to 80 feet) available in September 2026

Our KGL V2 gaff lock (shown above) works by applying tension to the halyard. Consequently, and to meet the needs of larger boats ranging from 60 to 200 feet, we have combined our mainsail hook with our gaff lock.
Available in automatic (Auto Lock) or manual versions in our KMS60, KMS80, and KMS100 series.
The headplate can be custom-made to suit any special project. The carriage bodies and hook areas are made of titanium to withstand extremely high loads.

The world is changing. After 15 years of loyal service, we’re retiring our cam cleat and replacing it with an eco-friendly, more affordable version that manages to combine an ultra-modern design with traditional materials (applause).
Of course, the KJ3 retains its technical advantages: jaws optimized to protect the lines and make it easier to set up or release the glider, as well as the four stainless-steel bearings that have made its reputation.
Availability: April 2026

Family is important! We couldn’t possibly limit our 100% cruising blocks to just two models. The family is growing with the KBS15: a simple, modern design with the same versatility as its little sisters, the KBS5 and KBS10.
You have to hold it in your hands to realize that this block is likely to be a big hit with shipyards looking to reduce friction, as well as with sailors who will appreciate its wide sheave and fabric strap.
KB15 – Working load: 1,300 kg – Wide block with stainless steel balls – Max. rope diameter: 14 mm
In the coming weeks, the KBS15 will be available in versions for deck mounting (mast feet), a traditional shackle mount, and a cam-style deck plate.
Stay tuned…

And here they are… the Karver KTC40 reefing and genoa tracks!
Following in the footsteps of the KJS cleats and KBS blocks, the KTC line is made of mirror-polished cast stainless steel. It looks great!
The properties of stainless steel have allowed us to reduce the size of the components. Ultimately, the difference between an aluminum system and a stainless steel one is minimal.
In our quest for ease of use, we’ve equipped the carts with stainless steel ball bearings. The result: they glide smoothly.
Stay tuned to discover the different models in this new, 100% cruise-focused line over the coming months.
Did you know? Karver designed the mainsail track for Ineos during the 2021 America’s Cup using technology not too dissimilar from the KTC40.

Our KDSTi sheaves are little gems of performance. We use the high-load, low-friction bearings from our famous KBRC carbon blocks (titanium rollers and ceramic bearings). The sheave and flanges are made of titanium, ensuring a much longer service life than their aluminum counterparts (KDS). The KDSTi sheaves use the same sheaves mechanisms as our KBRC blocks.
The KDSTi-G control panels we now feature on our website are custom-made for our customers based on the dimensions they provided. If you don’t find what you’re looking for among the models we showcase, send us your specifications and we’ll bring them to life quickly.

We haven’t forgotten about offshore racing, which is constantly evolving to stay as close as possible to the teams. Although this applies to only a handful of sailors, we’d like to introduce our KFX16.0 structural furler system with an adjustable tack. It’s equipped with a new swivel featuring a highly optimized lashing eye to allow for a wide range of motion.
On an offshore racing sailboat, everything is designed to prevent the sails from stretching and to ensure shape stability that promotes performance. Because the sails and stays are very taut, a simple adjustment of just a few centimeters at the bottom is enough to optimize performance.
When you consider that only a few minutes separated the top two skippers in the last Vendée Globe, it’s easy to see why teams are interested in this adjustable-tack windvane.
Whether racing or cruising, the devil is in the details. Since the end of the Ocean Race in 2023, we’ve been refining the design of our lashing eyes to make them much rounder, thereby allowing for greater freedom of movement. This improvement has already been implemented in our racing products and will be introduced to our cruising products in the coming months.
Over the past 20 years, the KFH furling locks (used on 70% of the IMOCA fleet) has been updated five times. From the first version with fins (Karver patent) to this fifth, highly optimized version.

2025
The KJS12 is Karver’s first load-limiting device for medium-duty applications (with a working load rating of 600 kg to 2,000 kg).
It was designed to be installed on all cruising sailboats. It is a serious competitor to all other jammers on the market.
It rounds out our line of high-capacity ascenders (KJC)
The KJS12 won the prestigious Dame Award 2024 for innovation in the deck hardware category. Proof that this jammer is far from an ordinary one.

KBS blocks are our first blocks designed for the general public.
As with the KRS reefing furlers and KJS jammers, the KBS blocks were designed with the following requirements in mind:
Products designed for the loads of the most common cruising sailboats
Prices that are well-controlled and competitive compared to our competitors
More and better than the rest, and the promise that our products embody our DNA
Eco-designed products to reduce their environmental impact.
The choice of cast stainless steel may seem surprising, but it is an obvious choice of material and process when conducting eco-design analyses.

All of our winches are now available in stainless steel.
And if you’re not yet familiar with our winches, it’s high time you took a look.
Reminder:
– The KSW (SPEED) series is a 4-speed automatic winch (no buttons, no electricity, no electronics) with the first two speeds being exceptionally fast. It’s 6 times faster than a winch of the same size. The last two speeds are EXACTLY the same as your regular winch.
– The KPW (POWER) series is a 4-speed winch; the first two speeds are the same as your standard winch, while the last two are so highly geared that you exert one-third the effort. A true revolution that offers a viable alternative to electric winches. This model has a real “wow” factor that makes sailing accessible to everyone.
The 4-speed winches are available in 3 sizes: 40, 46, and 52
– The KCW (or Compact) series, on the other hand, is a surprisingly impressive, more traditional 2-speed winch: First gear is twice as fast as a size 46 winch, and second gear has a 1:45 ratio, even though this winch has the dimensions of a size 30 model.
The stainless steel finish allows these high-end winches to blend seamlessly with both more traditional and modern/classic sailboats.

When you’re a specialist in block systems and offer the most revolutionary manual winches on the market, it only makes sense to also offer high-performance sheaves that help streamline deck layouts and properly align the lines with the winches.
Our first two models are made of titanium. They have a working load of 1.5 T and 3.0 T.

Our anti-twist swivels help reduce or eliminate problems with halyards that twist around themselves to the point of blocking the sails at the top of the mast.
These swivels are equipped with the same bearings as our reel swivels. This ensures a compact design, light weight, and low friction.
Currently available in 3.0 T and 4.5 T workload versions.

The 10th edition of the Vendée Globe kicked off in November 2024. Forty skippers will sail solo around the world. 100% of the boats are equipped with Karver products. For this edition, 125Karver KFH external furling locks were installed, along with more than 140 KJC high-load jammers !
We’ve made many small changes to our Imoca lineup, but the most popular addition is our set of colorful and effective protective covers called K-Krocs.
Another new product is our new KFH11T SWL Racing. Made entirely of titanium.
If you’re curious about what we’re doing with the IMOCA boats, you can check it out HERE.

2023
In 2023, we are finally launching our KRS reefinf furlers range. A logical and long-awaited next step for a company that has been among the world’s leading manufacturers of winders for 20 years.
Our customers often expect us to deliver on performance—and performance takes many forms. Reliability is undeniably one of them. Ease of use is another.
The Karver reefing furler is therefore an eco-designed reel built to last and withstand the toughest conditions without straining. This is achieved through the use of more durable materials, compact swivels and swivel housings, generous line capacity, double bearings, hard anodizing, bio-based plastics, and a few other secret details…
We offer a full-featured furling system. At Karver, all our customers get elliptical profiles, a double track, a removable drum, and all the small accessories that are usually optional. We could have started with that, but the KRS furler by Karver is, above all, an elegant furler with harmonious proportions at a competitive price. Welcome to Karver
6 models available. Closed drum in carbon or carbon/wood (optional).

In 2023, we were honored with a Special Mention at the Dame Award innovation competition during the Metstrade trade show in Amsterdam.
The KJSK staysail kit is a complete set that includes both our famous heavy-duty 3-jaw jammer and two heavy-duty blocks compatible with any 3:1 friction sheaves.
The entire assembly is secured to the deck with a single high-load textile shackle. Installation is quick and easy. It leaves the deck completely clear when the staysail is not in place.
Of course, we recommend using a stowable staysail equipped with an anti-torsion device. For the upper section, you can install a 2-to-1 halyard or a lock for the most intensive or sport-oriented uses.
